Darth Ramage was a Dark Lord of the Sith and scientist. A Sith holocron contained instructions written by Ramage relating to the combination of bota and pyronium. In 18 BBY, Darth Vaderattempted to track down the holocron after it was stolen from him, since he believed that Ramage's instructions would aid his efforts to use bota and pyronium to augment his connection to the Force. While Ramage's instructions would have been helpful to Lord Vader's quest, they were not vital, and Vader was unconcerned when he was unable to recover the holocron.
